The Boogie 2005 at Lawrence Co. Rec. Park in Indiana state sponsored by Indiana Abate. July14th - 17th

The Boogie was a great bike rally! Happy Birthday to me (July 14th) and I have to tell you that this is a great place to bring in another birthday. I definitely recommend that all you die hard bikers & partiers put this one on your list for next year. When I arrived (4am) it was raining but as morning approached, out came the sun and dried up all the rain. There was more rain through the weekend but it was welcomed as it got pretty hot through the days. Prior to morning I had the honor of meeting Duff, Sharon & Rick, who were parked aside me in the waiting line. Thank God too! Cause while we were waiting for morning Duff and Rick was able to scope out a good camping spot that we were able to set canopies in to stake our claim. Thanks Guys!

The funny part came later after I had registered and set up my camp, when out of nowhere comes this girl name Tammy ( camped 2 doors down) raving with excitement that when her boyfriend gets back that she wanted to get a picture with my Willy Sign, well I’ve had people wanting to get a pic with my sign before, but not with this much enthusiasm….as it turns out this girl Tammy goes by Crazy T from time to time, and it just so happens that her boyfriends name is Willy. So my sign “Crazy T’s Willy Beads” automatically set off an unwritten relationship between us. …cool beans, I say! Kind of like we had been friends forever! Their friends Linda & Anthony were great too!

I don’t known how it happens but I always manage to end up camping next to really good people…so it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t acknowledge and say hi and thanks to Brad, Brian, Clayton & Todd, as well! And while I’m at it, I want to say thanks to Crazy Dave for his contribution and hi to the Camp Howard guys (Mark & Mike & Peanut). My Willy Beads were a hit, and I’d like to also thank all those guys who freed Willy for me!

I was able to make a connection with a couple that was vending who bought some of my beads and if you read this please contact me because I lost your card! 

Well folks, God knows that there is so much more that I could talk about but the last thing I want to do is loose your attention so I’m going to cut the essay short this time so you can get on to the pictures. But before I close I want to thank Indiana Abate for a great time and Eric for an awesome back rub, o-yeah and the Lawrence Co. Sheriff dept. for not giving me a ticket on my birthday. And if that handsome cop that pulled me over is reading this, well I’d like to thank you in person sometime when your not in uniform………say breakfast and a bike ride perhaps!! Take care and see you all at the next one! Crazy T
