The Birth of Willy Beads

Well it all started when I attended the Easyriders biker rally in Prospect, PA in July 03. This was the first year that I decided to camp and Ohio what a great time that was!

After 2 days into the weekend I was kicking back and watching the never ending parade pass by, during which, a golf cart with 2 women riding on the back stopped and took off some beads that they had earned and offered them up for the taking from men who wanted to earn them by exposing their selves. To my surprise, 3 men dropped their pants and came running to collect their beads!

Instantly I thought to myself, If those guys respond so eagerly like that to regular mardi gras beads, then how would they react to a set of beads made especially to fit Willy? After a few days into the next work week, this thought had manifested to the point that I found myself at the craft store buying beads and ultimately assembling 6 dozen sets of what I now call "Willy Beads". I took them to the next bike rally 2 weeks later. To test the market, so to speak.

How did it go, you asked?..... Well, what happened that weekend was beyond my Imagination. Within 1 1/2 hrs. I was WIPED OUT completely............not 1 set left....Holy Smokes....I had just seen 72 Willy's(real life ones) all in less than 2 hours!! The guys went absolutely crazy over these little beads and the women loved them just as much!

Right then and there, I knew that the first thing I needed to do, was to get a patent. So, that is exactly what I did. In fact, I'm proud to announce that as of right now, I have 2 patents pending on the Willy Beads! Since they have evolved "Willy Beads have been a Big Hit everywhere I've taken them: Thunder in Lawrence Co., Easyriders Rodeo - Prospect & Chilicothe, The Boogie, Sturgis...etc.

In my travels, I've had the pleasure of meeting Fast Freddy from NCD-93.3 "The Wolf" (He loves my beads!).....meanwhile, we have become great friends. Along with my dear friend Dale, he's even helped me to put together a DVD titled "Birth of the Willy Beads". My plan is to use it for promoting and marketing the Willy Beads but, if you'd like a peek at the interview just check out the video on the upper left of this page.

Thanks Dale & Freddy! I truly am blessed to have you guys for friends, again THANK YOU for everything!!! So now..... where the Willy Beads go from here, will virtually be up to all of you!!! LOOK OUT Springer, Leno, Letterman & Stern here comes Crazy T and her Willy Beads!!!
