Sturgis Bike Rally in Sturgis, SD 2005

A "Sturgis Virgin" I am no longer. I had the honor of accompanying my Uncle Dennis, God Father Larry and uncle Virgil and his friends Bozo & Anna and Doorman & Wanda, all truly great people.

With the exception of the heat doing in Larry's truck and having to trade it off in Rapid City, the trip was pretty awesome! There is definitely some beautiful sites in S.D. It's was great getting to see Mt Rushmore, The Needles, The Pigtails, Custer State Park from the back of a bike. After riding my own bike for so long I forgot what it was like to be able to take in everything around me and not have to watch the road.

I went to stay at Buffalo Chip for a few nights so I could free some Willy's and I am pleased to report that the Willy Beads were once again A Big Hit. Toby Keith probably didn't care for the thunder storm he performed in, but everybody loved that he was a trooper and stuck it out. I had a good time and met some awesome people there.

The 3 guys camped behind me(Tony,Dave & Tom...I Think) were from my home state Pa. Thanks guys for taking me to see Deadwood and the Full Throttle Saloon I had a great time partying with you guys and I would love to hear from you(please drop me a line). The wild and crazy couple camped on my right was from Ind.(state I was born). Turns out, that this couple had seen me at the Boogie and Chilicothe(small world). The group at Camp Vibrate across from me were great too! You guys need to bring Camp Vibrate to Chilicothe!!

Well to make a long story short, cause I know your anxious to see pics......Sturgis loved the "Willy Beads" and "Willy Beads" loved Sturgis! We will be back!! Thanks again to my Uncles and God Father .....without them, I couldn't have made the trip....I truly am grateful!!! God Bless all whom I encountered....ride safe and see you soon! Crazy T
